The operating need

The platform required repeatable infrastructure changes and dependable application delivery into Kubernetes. The work joined infrastructure definitions, CI/CD, packaging, runtime configuration, monitoring, and recovery into one operating path.

The objective was practical reliability: changes should be reviewable, repeatable, observable, and recoverable by the team operating the service.
